Delivery Information
• Usually it takes minimum 1-5 days within Dhaka city to deliver the product to your destination. Outside of Dhaka city it takes minimum 1-7 days.
• Delivered all over Bangladesh. There are delivery restrictions on some products, you can collect the product from our address and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. Your product will be delivered only to the delivery area from the specified courier.
• We use courier service as a third party for delivery. If it is not possible to deliver to a particular area, then the product must be collected from the office of the courier service or from the specified address. According to the rules of the courier services we use. Will be delivered
• You will be informed about the time it may take for us to deliver in case of any kind of disaster, ban, political and economic obstacles in the country.
• Delivery charges may vary by courier. The delivery charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the product and the delivery charges are to be paid by the customer.
ডেলিভারি তথ্য
- সাধারণত আপনার গন্তব্যে পণ্য পাঠাতে ঢাকা শহরের ভিতরে ন্যূনতম ১-৫ দিন সময় লাগে। ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে এটি সর্বনিম্ন ১-৭ দিন পর্যন্ত যায়।
- সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি করা হয়। ডেলিভারি করতে কিছু পণ্যের উপর বিধিনিষেধ থাকতে সেই প্রোডাক্টটি আমাদের ঠিকানা থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে পারেন এবং কিছু পণ্য নির্দিষ্ট গন্তব্যে পাঠানো যাবে না। নির্দিষ্ট কুরিয়ার থেকে যে এরিয়া পর্যন্ত ডেলিভারি করা সম্ভব সেই পর্যন্তই আপনার প্রোডাক্টটি পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে।
- ডেলিভারি ক্ষেত্রে তৃতীয় পক্ষ হিসেবে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করে থাকি। যদি কোন বিশেষ এলাকাতে ডেলিভারি করা সম্ভব না হয় সেই ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের অফিস অথবা নির্দিষ্ট ঠিকানা থেকে প্রোডাক্টের সংগ্রহ করতে হবে। যেসব কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করি তাদের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী। ডেলিভারি করা হবে
- দেশের কোন ধরনের দুর্যোগ, নিষেধাজ্ঞা, রাজনৈতিক এবং অর্থনৈতিক কারণে কোন বাধা সম্মুখীন হলে সেই ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের ডেলিভারি দিতে সময় লাগতে পারে সেটি সম্পর্কে আপনাকে অবগত করে দেওয়া হবে।
- কুরিয়ার ভেদে ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। প্রোডাক্টের সাইজ এবং ওজন ভেদে ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিবর্তন হতে পারে সেই ডেলিভারি চার্জ কাস্টমার কে প্রদান করতে হবে।
